Origin · آغاز
Born from a single question most architects never ask.
Zenvac was founded in Shiraz with one disruptive conviction: that the relationship between architect and inhabitant should not end at handover. A space is not finished when it is built — it is finished when it has been lived in for years, and still works perfectly.
We named ourselves after the principle we live by. Zen — for the philosophy of deliberate reduction. Vac — for the void, the negative space that makes form meaningful.
Method · روش
The 0 to 120% framework — execution that never stops.
Every Zenvac project moves through three phases. Vision & Blueprint (0–50%): we listen before we draw, study land and light before specifying any material. Flawless Execution (50–100%): our 340+ checkpoint protocol and 0.5mm tolerance standard.
The Living Afterlife (100–120%): we stay. We monitor. We refine. We do not consider a project complete until it has been lived in for a year and continues to perform exactly as intended.

A millimeter misaligned is an ocean of compromise.
We study light behaviour at different hours before specifying a surface. Every critical junction is mocked up at full scale before being cast in permanence. We refuse to proceed until the current phase is resolved to a standard that would survive scrutiny a hundred years from now.

A joint misaligned by a single millimeter is felt by every occupant, every day, for the entire life of the building. We build to 0.5mm tolerance. Our 340+ point quality protocol is not a checklist — it is a meditation on permanence.

We do not consider a project complete at handover. Our post-completion programme — the 100 to 120% phase — ensures every Zenvac space continues to evolve in perfect harmony with the lives lived within it.

Every material we specify is chosen to age beautifully. Raw concrete, exposed steel, untreated timber: these have integrity precisely because they cannot lie about what they are.
